Terrifying footage captured the moment an enraged rhino chased after two safari trucks full of tourists before trying to flip it over.
The wild animal was seen charging after the jeeps as they drove through Manas National Park, India, on Sunday.
The drivers of the vehicles were forced to accelerate away from the animal in a bid to escape, leaving the tourists inside frightened for their lives.
Footage of the shocking incident saw the huge beast running behind the trucks, and at several points getting scarily close to them.
Some of the tourists can be seen standing up in the vehicle driving behind the one in the lead, as they watched the animal edge closer and closer to their car.
As they sped down the muddy track and between the greenery, the wild animal does not give up its chase as it relentlessly charges on until it manages to place itself directly next to the vehicle in the back.
The driver manages to swerve his truck away from the rhino just in time as the high speech chase continues through the jungle setting.
The vehicles soon manage to get ahead of the wild animal, but not before the rhino throws its head to the side in a bid to flip the jeep.

Luckily, the rhino misses and the cars speed off, just about leaving the massive animal in the dust as they continue their getaway.
The animal ultimately caused partial damage to one of the vehicles and the incident has sparked concerns of tourist safety within the national park.
Park officials are investigating the incident to see if the rhino’s actions stemmed from territorial instincts, provocation, or other reasons.
Authorities have advised tourists to adhere to park regulations and keep a safe distance from wildlife to minimise the risk of incidents of this nature.
It comes after a group of tourists were left fearing for their lives when a lion decided to chase down their car during a safari in India in 2019.
Footage of the horror moment was captured in Atal Bihari Vajpayee Zoological Park in Karnataka, India, where the tour group spotted the big cat.
As the vehicle drove down the dusty path, the animal chased after them as someone filmed from the back seat.
The car then stopped further down the path as the lion continued approaching. The vehicle eventually left it behind.
Local reports claimed the lion tried to pounce on the car but the driver managed to escape.
Luckily nobody was injured in the incident and it was not known what caused the aggression from the lion.
