A healthcare worker has prompted outrage after sharing videos of her twerking on top of a disabled patient’s head.
Lucrecia Koiyan, from Loganville, Georgia, claims she is the woman seen in the now viral footage.
In the clip, 19-year-old Koiyan is seen provocatively dancing while stood on the handles of a patient’s wheelchair.
The man in the video remains silent throughout with his head cast down.
She sparked further fury after posting a video responding to the backlash in which she tried to blame the ‘angle’ of the camera for how things
‘It’s not what it looks like, trust and believe, angles play a part,’ she said. ‘A lot of people want to comment about sexual assault, rape, all type of dumb s**t.
‘Trust and believe, he is verbal and I got proof,’ she added before stitching a clip she claims is of the same man talking.
‘He looks very aware and comfortable to me so y’all need to stop jumping to conclusions. I do see how it looks but trust me it’s not that,’ she laughs.

The video has since been deleted from her account.
However, she then posted another provocative video in which she appears to make fun of the controversy which shows her decked out in a nurse’s outfit and grinding on top of another man who sits in a bathtub.
At one point Koiyan squats down and appears to pop something into the topless man’s mouth. She shared the video with the caption: ‘On to the next one’.
The initial footage sparked fury online with viewers left incredulous by her inappropriate antics.
‘You need locking up and your registration taking off you for life,’ one person wrote.
‘I’m in utter shock,’ another person added.
‘Girl you not even suppose to post your patients let alone dance on they head, assault them and exploit them for views,’ a third person fumed.
Loganville Police said they had no record of any reports relating to the incident.
